Print flexible materials in flexible ways. For diameters between one inch and 0.060 inches (25.4 millimeters, 1.5 millimeters) thick steel tubes are often used to make poles for trampolines. I inserted a 1.5mm2 cable through it but you can use any kind of cord that fits. Use many layers when printing to create strong parts. I used my own TPU filament material but it contained too much moisture which is why the surface looks rough in the picture... Check out this link: rubber3dprinting.com
