This Piquera-trap (with the 6 mm hole) is placed at the entrance of the beehive, by the front a bee enters but not the velutina, which will search for an alternative entry attracted by the smell of the hive, that entrance trap is located by the side and below, totally separate from bees. The velutina attracted by light heads towards an exit that we will connect to a bottle to capture it. In the event that a collecting bee enters the trap can exit through the lateral grid.
