Trampa charge port blank
thingiverse
I prefer to remove the batteries from my board for charging, as such the included charge port is redundant so I thought I'd blank it off completely. simply snip the cable tie holding the XT-90 in place, remove it from the monster box housing, zip tie the original cover to the xt-90 to stop anything shorting it out in the box then zip tie the blank in the hole using 2 small ties...done Design is pretty open to printer settings so yocan do what you like to a certain extent, no supports needed. Mine was printed in ABS, fairly slow @ 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill. 20-25mins to print. the "T" was filled with paint afterwards and everything smoothed and polished to finish.
