Tram 1481 Antenna Fence Pole Mount

Originally lost the mounting tube for my antenna making it difficult mount while maintaining connector weather proofing. Antenna base is 31.5mm which is a really difficult size to find in common pipes. This sleeve allows for the use of the antenna's rain guard hood and mating to a galvanized 1-5/8 fencing tube. This is my first published model, so I am sure I screwed something up.
