A swift solution was required to create a roof box for an aged Polish automobile, the Nysa 522 Towos, owned by a group of climbers planning a 10-mountain loop trek across Asia. The primary purpose of this custom trunk was to efficiently store and transport climbing gear, two extra wheels, and water, weighing around 200kg/440lb, while keeping the overall weight of the box under 75kg/165lb.
