I scaled up the whistle by 1.5x but maintained the 1mm thick walls. Result was a deeper and louder whistle. Please note that the flat sections are longer so you might get a little bit sagging / drooping. I had some internally, but nothing that i couldnt reach in with tweezers and clean up. Compared to the original whistle (A and B, almost 2 octaves above middle C), this one is a D and E, an octave above middle C. It might not seem like that big of a difference, but it does sound decently lower. The original whistle sounds more like the emergency broadcast system blast. Printed on an Anycubic Mega S using Hatchbox PLA and david ramiro settings (i3_mega_davidramiro_cura4_pla). not sure why the Mega (or Mega S for that matter) isn't included below. - 205 C initial hot end, then 190 C - 60 C bed - NO SUPPORTS (you won't be able to get them out) - initial layer: .2mm at 20mm/s, 50% fan - infill 20% at 50mm/s - Outer wall speed at 30mm/s - Retraction speed 30
