This mouthpiece fits Dragon Mountain Design's Train Whistle: https://www.printables.com/model/24997-train-whistle My toddler had difficulties blowing the original flat mouthpiece, so I added a short tube that makes it easier for him to use. I printed it oriented like the last photo without supports, but if you don't trust your printer's bridging, I would recommend adding supports.
