Train Tracks compatible with Lego® Train Tracks

A collection of train tracks designed to be compatible with LEGO battery powered trains offers increased flexibility. To achieve this goal, I created curved pieces in various radii and lengths as well as shorter straight pieces and a 67.5-degree crossing. - The number of ties on straight tracks serves as their identifier. - Curved track pieces are identified by the radius in LEGO dots and the equivalent number of ties at R40. - Crossings are identified by their angle. Prints well with either PLA or ABS. If you have a smaller print bed, try rotating the pieces 30 or 45 degrees to make them fit. I recommend printing at "High Quality" or "Fine" mode for accurate dots and a nice snap action with other track pieces. Print without support as the rail ends' built-in design provides support. These support pieces will snap off easily (2 per track end). There are small pockets under the rail ends where you can insert a small screwdriver to pop off the support pieces. For pieces that match standard LEGO train elements, it is probably more economical to just buy them unless you purchase your filament on sale or have some filament left over that you want to finish. The dots came out too small for many people, and the top of the rails was too high. Snap action has also been improved. - I corrected a small design mistake at one of the rail ends that didn't affect function but made it easier to print. - I included snap-off support in the design for the rail end overhangs. Update 5/19/2019: - I added narrow R24 and R32 curves on request.
