So initially, I aimed to share it along with more details, including the base model. However, exporting the texture from Substance proved incredibly frustrating on my computer, which is why it's arriving later than expected after the train and other commitments. Note: You'll likely need to manually insert the texture. Here's a picture of the scene; I couldn't upload the entire setup with the station due to the fact that many elements were placed directly in Unreal.
