I reworked this off a train whistle when I fabricated it, unaware that the pipe needs to be pressed against the diaphragm for it to function properly. So, I reworked it in SolidWorks, eliminating the need for a pipe to produce sound, but maintaining the same size of the area where the pipe would typically reside.
