This type of train coupling is commonly employed for Japan's passenger trains. If you have access to 3D printers, print Part00 to Part03, Part05, and Part06. However, if you feel unsatisfied or wrong about the process, or only have a milling machine, produce all parts from Part00 to Part06 and glue them together. To finish assembling, prepare two 2mm diameter, 40mm length brass rods.
