The contest utilizes a specially designed "Train" car that participants must span 5 inches and support a flat path for this train car to slide through once in the middle of the bridge. Weights are then suspended from the car. The Traincar_sm, a smaller version, is 10mm shorter on each side, making it a more challenging test as its force will be more centered to the bridge.
