CFR acquired Series 19-80 and 21-80 wagons between 1992 and 1994 from DWA Bautzen. They meet international standards and operate on Regio (R) and InterRegio (IR) trains. Series 19-80 is coded Amee Bmee. Produced in 1993 and 1994, this series includes 24 wagons with a 26,400 mm length over buffers, a 19,000 mm wheelbase, and an empty weight of 39 tons.
