This ultra-compact dashboard alternative for Suzuki DRZ 400 motorcycles accommodates a Trail-Tech Voyager GPS Speedo, alongside the factory ignition switch and indicator lights. Designed for use with Pro-taper fat-bars and handlebar clamps, it installs directly between oversized handlebar clamps. Successful printing requires pausing the 3D printer at a specific height to embed nuts in the mount's base, simplifying installation. Use M5 lock-nuts, allen-head M5 bolts (35-40mm long), and original Suzuki and Trail-tech hardware, along with one flanged wood screw for securing the top plate. Personal testing over 1700 miles confirmed its durability in diverse conditions. For printing, use a 0.4mm nozzle at 100 or 200 micron layer heights, with skinning to enhance appearance. Pause printing at 7.5mm for nesting nuts into the mount's base. Install electronics in the top piece, then bolt on the bottom and top pieces to the bar, followed by attaching the Voyager carrier plate with rubber washers and thread-lock. Secure the carrier plate in place using a wood screw through its designated hole.
