This custom-designed bracket accommodates a Trail Tech Vapor along with the stock Suzuki ignition switch and indicator lights close to 1-1/8" handlebars. Distinguished from other metal mounts, this attachment directly bonds to the handlebar, concealing wires. The construction utilizes stock Vapor countersunk fasteners for bracket mounting and M4 nuts/bolts for bar clamping; thread-lock is advised due to vibration. Version three of the clamp may suit DR 650 bikes, clearing Pro-Taper bar mounts with 70mm spacing. Contact for tailored versions or expect a Voyager adaptation soon. Printed at 100 micron layer height on an Ultimaker with .4mm nozzle and 70C heated bed, featuring .8mm walls (1.2mm top/bottom), 15% infill; increase wall thickness if extra clamping is desired but skirt concealing wires remains two layers.
