Trailer Hitch Cargo Carrier

I plan to build out a versatile cargo carrier from metal, featuring three primary components. 1-I'm designing a sturdy cargo platform that can hold items like coolers securely. 2-My design includes collapsible poles that fit within the carrier and can be easily converted into a stand for a standard-sized hammock. 3-The cargo carrier will also allow users to attach additional trailer hitch-mounted accessories, such as bike racks, to its rear.
