Trailer/Food truck Assembly
grabcad
I started by getting all of the parts into an assembly file. I then used several mates to get the wooden floor onto the top of the trailer frame. I then used the concentric mate to get the walls (and roof) onto the trailer. After that I used the concentric mate to get the bottom part of the grill (tooling cylinder) onto the corner. I then used a channel slot to keep the grill from sliding off of the trailer. I then used the concentric mate to get the pin into the channel slot and into the leg of the grill. After that, I used the concentric mate to get the hitch pivot, an the end of the trailer frame, to line up. I then used the coincident tool to connect the two parts. And then put a pin through the hole I then mated the wheel onto the axel by using a concentric mate and then a distance mate of 50mm, to get the whell onto the axel. After this I put the gas tank into the trapezoid block using a concentric mate on the top two faces of each part, and then using a coincident mate on the same 2 faces. After this I put on a door by making it coincident with only one part of the door, so it can still open and close. I then put the countertop in the corner of the trailer using 3 coincident mates, and then placed the sink 200mm to the right of the countertop.
