Trail Gator Jaw
thingiverse
Printable replacement for the Trail Gator retaining clip (http://www.trail-gator.com). Bought the Gator to tow my son's bike (20" wheels) to school, pick him up, and pull my younger daughter (on her 16" bike) on trails. The Gator works beautifully, but bikes' kick stands don't work well when connected. By day three, my bike fell over in the garage, shattered retaining clip holding tow bar in place when not being used. Figured it would probably happen again, so drew up own version to print as needed. The original clip uses a rivet at the hinge, so get your own #8 x 3/4" bolt and nylon lock nut to assemble. Or print own hinge pin, of course. Went through a couple versions to get it strong enough to function well, look good as printed part.
