I designed a custom 2.5 inch traffic light made from five separate pieces, allowing for easy color changes. Here's how I created it: I used OnShape to design this unique traffic light. Custom Section To assemble the pieces, I relied on a table vice to secure them together. The pressure fit holds everything in place, but be aware that changing sizes can affect tolerances and overall fit.
