Traffic cone

Traffic cone

thingiverse

1/10 traffic cone drawn accurately in Sketchup by replicating an actual cone from work. The clips together effortlessly once smoothed slightly with a sharp knife. Three versions were printed: coneb.stl in black, conew.stl in white, and coneo.stl in red, since orange filament was unavailable at the time. Measuring 42mm on each side, the base is square while the entire assembly stands at 75mm high. Printing difficulties are suspected due to an overestimated initial temperature which resulted in a rough elephant's foot texture visible on some parts. If printed correctly, pieces will perfectly match up. The large part in coneo.stl features an 0.8mm wall thickness allowing for faster printing speeds when printed with single shell settings; alternatively, I can produce thicker models upon request.
