This design is specifically tailored for use with a laser cutter, although you can customize it to suit your needs by utilizing alternative materials. To make things more convenient, I've included an AI file that simplifies the process of creating the design. The resulting cutout features 16 slots, but feel free to edit and adjust the number as per your requirements. Additionally, a JPRG file containing the labels for organizing Pokémon cards has been provided. When cutting through foamcore with this design, the black lines will be effectively severed, while the blue lines should easily penetrate at least one layer of cardboard, allowing you to fold back the foamcore and create a sturdy structure. To assemble the pieces, simply use hot glue to secure them in place.
