Trading Card Dispenser: version 2: cartridge loader

<p>This is <strong>version 2</strong> of the TCD (Trading Card Dispenser)</p><p>I found that at a recent event, taking out the card dispenser, meant having to disconnect the motor plug, then removing the whole unit &amp; then using the rear slot to reload the cards, wasn’t the quickest.
