This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other relevant 3D formats. Native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene uses 3ds Max 2016 with rendering facilitated by Vray 3.00. This small old tract house joins a collection of homes like it in an aged neighborhood featuring many houses very similar, a few hundred properties spread across several neighborhoods showcasing these familiar dwellings from the 30's and the 40's. Located just east and southeast of the Paulwall downtown district, these affordable, older houses sit side by side with many not-so-luxurious areas where you often see homes adorned with window bars – although this particular model doesn't have them installed. Each long row of seemingly identical houses reveals slight variations: some have brick sidings while others feature traditional framing; some have 2 bedrooms whereas others have 3. The bedroom configuration of this two-bedroom house is positioned at the back, whereas some neighboring homes position their bedrooms on the side. One commonality across all homes is a single bathroom and a softly pitched roofline. Most of these houses maintain vintage kitchen appliances and have well-equipped basements for storage or expansion purposes. The surrounding neighborhood comes with perks such as its proximity to Paulwall College and the central library, in addition to shopping options nearby; even tree-lined streets showcase mature oak trees adding to the ambiance of this retro post-war starter home. I'd be glad if you enjoy this house design, so kindly give it a rating!
