This 3D rendering was originally built from scratch within Sketchup 8 before being seamlessly converted to multiple formats for universal compatibility. Its native format remains .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are rendered with the advanced features of Vray 3.00. Typically a simple tract house based on standard floor plans, this model's unique characteristics stand out as I've taken inspiration from my own residence and made deliberate design choices to set it apart. By swapping sections and introducing distinct features like separate water heater and furnace buildings attached to the left rear, I've significantly altered the aesthetic. A salvaged antique front door adds a touch of uniqueness to the overall structure, contrasting with standard features like a 3-car garage and flex room. To enhance its appeal, I opted for vaulted ceilings in both the main room and master bedroom, incorporating an added ceiling beam in the main room - a feature my own home lacks.
