This 3D model originated from a creation made within Sketchup 8 before being exported into other 3D formats for use. Its native format is SKP, while the scene was crafted with 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00 for precision rendering. This is an adapted design of the concrete roof house with specific modifications made. Notably, the living room ceiling has been revised to better reflect current architectural styles. Similarly, both master bedroom and foyer ceilings were revamped, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. Despite plumbing concerns that led to the suggestion of retaining a vault as deep as a medicine cabinet, it was ultimately deleted in favor of maintaining an open floor plan.
