This lightweight headpiece serves as a direct replacement for the Track Clip Pro, designed specifically for use with the TrackIR head tracking system. Typically employed in PC-based flight simulations, this illuminated headpiece is engineered to be compact and user-friendly. The necessary components include: * Three red LEDs or infrared LEDs * One cathode current resistor (select an appropriate value based on your LED choice; I used a 180-ohm resistor for the prototype) * Approximately 12 inches of wire * A 9-volt battery with clip * Some Velcro strips Intended to be secured to the top of Koss Pro/4AA headphones using Velcro, this headpiece features adjustable LED placement. The lower holes are intentionally sealed to enable fine-tuning of the LEDs' position; you may need to drill out the top hole to accommodate your specific LED's footprint.
