Track Light Gap Plate
thingiverse
When going to install a new track light in a room that we were remodeling, I noticed a gap showing the electrical housing along the sides of the track lighting box. Knowing I could make this out of wood easily, or even metal, I opted for the printed route as it's fairly non-conductive and fire resistant. In order for the plate to be used, spacers are also required. This means there will be a gap between the track and the surface the track is getting attached to. Print the plate, and the spacer (2x) and see how it looks.
