Track junction between modules (N Scale)

Track junction between modules (N Scale) The parts are printed on PLA plastic using a 3D printer of the FDM (Fusion and Deposition Modeling) type. The 4 figures illustrate how to use this joint mechanism (joint pieces shown in blue). In figure 1 we have the parts assembled on the modules, on the left on module 1 the male part, on the right in module 2 the female part of the junction. The parts can be permanently mounted on the track. In figure 2 we move the female to the left. The female part works as a box for the male part and it will force the tracks to be aligned both in height and width. In figure 3 we move the male part to the right. The male part will house half of the left track and half of the right track, thus making the two tracks aligned. This will be the operating position. In figure 4 we move the male part to the left, returning the junction to its initial state. The modules can then be disassembled.
