I set out to make a cross-cut sled for my Evolution Fury 5-S table saw only to find my saw has non-standard t_tracks so I could not use commercial miter bars. This is a 3d printed solution using 4 x 225mm bars instead of 2 x 450mm The guides are printed without any support, skirt, or raft. Given their function, tightness of fit (while allowing free forward movement, is a must. For this reason a test file to print 40mm bars for goodness-of-fit is also provided.
