Tracer unit for Secutor Velites G-II Shotgun (Airsoft)

This is a tracer for Airsoft M870 shotguns. I've designed it specifically for my Secutor Velites G-II shotgun, but it should fit most M870 type shotguns. Obviously, this is only the casing (with cap). You need a few more parts: - ASG B&T Tracer unit - https://actionsportgames.com/en-gb/productcatalog/b-t-tracer-unit - Some thin electronics wire for extending the sensor LED wires and battery - A small LiPo battery that fits the bottom tube of your shotgun - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33045739674.html?channel=twinner - Wires to connect the LiPo battery - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33059974362.html?channel=twinner - Clear piece of plastic that you can slide into the tube so BBs can bounce of into the electronics. A small piece cut from some packaging should work. How to assemble: 1. Remove the electronics from the original ASG B&T tracer. Everything can me disassembled by removing the screws (also under the sticker). Only the last piece of plastic that holds the xenon flash tube needs to be cut. See the picture. You will also need to remove the wires for the power. Take note of polarity. 2. Carefully cut the plastic that holds the sensor leds and solder some wires. Mine are about 10cm each. The thinner the better. 3. Print the case 4. Slide the clear piece of plastic into the tube so that at least the window for the flash is covered. I also cover the sensor LEDs. 5. Slide the electronics board into the printed tracer unit so that the flash tube is in front of the window. 6. Drill some extra holes in the bottom tube (where the electronics are) to feed out the LED wires. 7. Widen the printed holes in the top tube to fit the LEDs. Using a 3mm drill bit should do the trick.
