Tracer 7/700 Central Handle Bar

<p>This part allows for a temporary/permanent replacement for the central handle bar on your Yamaha Tracer 7/700 (new model 2020).</p> <p>I have kept mine for about 300 kilometers, driving in all type of conditions and terrains without an issue.</p> <p>After a small fall (the dumb ones), the tabs on the original broke so I designed this one</p> <p>Also a void driving without the part, since the hand covers can move at speed!</p> <p>It is not as pretty as the original and some measurement might be a bit off, nevertheless it fitted nicely.</p> <p>Also you can remix it to add a fixed support or whatever.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 3</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>Doesn't Matter</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>200</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>40</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> Sakata PLA 3D850 Black</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>Select your settings in such a way that:</p> * the tabs are only perimeters (no infill) * a tough infill (I used gyroid) <p>You should lay the top side of the part on the bed, this way you can avoid supports.</p> <p>I printed in PLA 3D850 and I'm currently testing how it "ages", but you should go for ASA/ABS or PETG for more resistance (sun, temperature and weather).</p> <p>If you have the cash you can also CNC the part.</p> <p>I have yet to do it, but you can sand the part and paint it to more closely match the "black" parts on the motorcycle.</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Installed part</strong></p> </div></p></p></p> Category: Automotive
