TPU90A TIRE AND HUB Designed to be printed on a Formlabs Fuse1 or Fuse1+ printer. Hubs can be out of almost any rigid Fuse powder (Nylon12, Nylon11, or Nylon11CF). They hold the standard SDS Bearings & shafts. Need to change to Socket Head Screws (from SDS standard Button Head Socket Head Screws -- I didn't want to weaken the hub. It may be ok to enlarge the holes to accept button head, but I have not tired it and I didn't want to publish an untried hub).There are 2 tire/nub designs. One is designed to use a bevel gear that is custom for TJ2. We ALMOST decided to start selling our own custom Diff Swerve module last year but didn't QUITE have the guts to pull the trigger. But we DID buy a bunch of gears and shafts getting ready for the day when we would sell them. Long story short we have a bunch of 45T bevel gears that, just by accident, are VERY close to the standard SDS 45T bevel gear. So we designed our original tire and hub to be compatible with the bevel gear we had dozens of rather than have to buy the gear from SDS. So that is one file. Not terribly useful to most people but it is available. The second tire/hub is compatible with the standard SDS 45T bevel gear. Note the the "lugs" on the tire are shorter than the mating slots in the hubs. This is intentional. The lugs and slots are a press fit. Making the lugs bulge a bit. Before we shorted the lugs, we would have trouble getting the bevel gear to sit flat on the hub. Shortening the lug fixed this.
