Nothing much to report here... print it with TPU and you're good to go. A thickness of 0.1mm is ideal, but 0.2mm should also work well. If you want a nice infill at 0.1mm with transparent TPU (Saint Smart or Hobby King), use five top/bottom layers and choose any infill pattern you like. This should work on most backpack zippers.
