TPU tiny whoop frame
thingiverse
They proved wrong those who said it couldn't be done, and here's the result - a tinywhoop frame that seamlessly integrates with TPU. Compatible with 0603/0703/0803 motors, and boasting a battery compartment tailored specifically for the betafpv 1S 11mm wide battery, this design can accommodate up to 31mm props. No supports are required, but printing it upside-down is essential. You may encounter some stringy artifacts, but these can be easily resolved by applying heat from a rework station (200C) and gently pressing or squeezing them into place. Additionally, you might need to trim the motor shaft holes if the shaft cannot move freely, which could prevent the motors from functioning properly. This project is not suitable for beginners due to the cleanup requirements on the frame; instead, it's best suited for advanced makers who can troubleshoot and resolve any minor issues that arise during assembly.
