I aimed to match my video quality from bigger quads on smaller 3-inch frames. This cover accommodates an HS1117, de-pinned X4R, and micro video transmitter available here: http://www.getfpv.com/5-8ghz-200mw-micro-fpv-video-transmitter.html. The cover also secures the video transmitter in place so that channel switches are displayed and easily accessible. The cover is designed to attach to the frame with two of these inserts, along with a regular M3 screw and nut in the rear: http://www.mcmaster.com/#94510a030/=147s8ez.
