TPU pads for Nano Vise v2

TPU rubber pads to keep the vise from slipping off the table. With these pads there is also less clamping force required to clamp it onto the table, so the vise attachment will deform less. It's is noticeably grippier. I'm also planning to make a TPU grip surface for the vise itself, which will be released soon.
