This fits snugly around an 18mm tube leg. The TPU's perfect flexibility matches that of the other feet on the ironing board perfectly. I printed this design on my Ultimaker 2+ using a .4mm nozzle, .1mm layers and 50% infill. Without supports, it bridged well enough across the diameter of the foot for this specific application.
