This is designed specifically for the e011 flight board. It's compatible with micro cams that fit snugly into its 12x12mm case, which has a cavity about 2mm deep. To ensure the cam stays securely in place, a tiny bit of flexible epoxy should be applied to the bottom of the cam so it won't come loose during crashes, while keeping the top of the frame flexible. It doesn't have any screw holes, so attachment is done using a dab of epoxy and a loop of dental floss passed through those unusual holes, which serves as rebar to keep things firmly in place.
