TPU belt & buckle

TPU Belt with Rigid Buckle TPU is my top pick material. It can be a challenge to print, but it has several excellent qualities that make the effort worthwhile. Its flexibility is similar to leather, so I thought I'd try printing a belt on a spiral shape to fit my printer bed. I had fun designing the buckle. My main goals were: - No screws or other parts (fully printable) - No glue - No supports - As few parts as possible - Easy assembly and disassembly The result is a bit unconventional, but it works well and looks interesting. I've uploaded six different sizes to share with you. **XXS:** Total length: approximately 31 inches Waist diameter: approximately 19.5 to 27 inches **XS:** Total length: approximately 36 inches Waist diameter: approximately 24 to 31 inches **Small:** Total length: approximately 41 inches Waist diameter: approximately 30 to 38 inches **Large:** Total length: approximately 49 inches Waist diameter: approximately 34 to 42 inches **XL:** Total length: approximately 53 inches Waist diameter: approximately 42 to 50 inches **XXL:** Total length: approximately 63 inches Waist diameter: approximately 47 to 56 inches All sizes are 1.26 inches high and 0.07 inches thick. **Assembly:** - Attach the "Belt buckle 3" to the belt. - Put the belt through two holes on the end of "Belt buckle 1". - Place "Belt buckle 2" over top and snap everything together. I've been wearing this belt for some time now, and it's great. It behaves similarly to leather and fits comfortably around my body due to its natural curve.
