TPU 3 & 4s Lipo protector

The Wanhao D6 was used to print a bottom slung 3 and 4s lipo protector with a balance lead port for extra safety. TPu was printed onto the glass bed plate, which was set at 65 degrees Celsius. The nozzle temperature was kept steady at 230 degrees Celsius throughout the printing process. A flow rate of 100% ensured that material was supplied to the extruder continuously. The print speed was reduced to 40% to achieve a smoother and more precise finish. Infill density was set to 50% to provide optimal structural integrity without adding unnecessary bulk. No cooling system was employed during printing, allowing for maximum flexibility in terms of print settings.
