TP4056 Case

This is a holder for the newer TP4056 LiPo/Li-Ion charger boards featuring micro USB connectors and DW01 and 8205 chips with IN/OUT pads - not earlier mini USB versions with fewer chips and pads, although they may still fit or be edited using scad. The red/green status LEDs can be seen through the case since I've used only 1mm of PLA for the lid. Two pieces press-fit together using a rim system, no need for glue or screws. Round corners are designed for easier printing. I also made a write-up about changing the charge current resistors on my blog. Update: I added a multi-charger version which is basically a TP4056 with a bunch of Rprog (R3) resistors that can be selected using a jumper. It seemed more accurate than using a trimpot and easier than a microcontroller-based digital resistor. This design fits a 70x50mm perfboard. Print Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.30mm Infill: 100% Notes: PLA that came with the printer. The multi-charger version was printed with eSun glass PLA which is utterly rubbish, I had to print three shells at 0.18mm layers to prevent it from breaking, but then I couldn't see the LED inside.
