Button Cell ChargerA simple button cell charger consisting of a TP4056 Module, some Nickel Plated Strip and a 3d printed housing (optional extra 3d surround to cover wiring)...Charging Lithium-Ion Button Cells should be current limited to 20mA or lower. In this project you need to replaced the current limit resistor with a 56k ohms on the TP4056, to provide 20mA charging... Total cost under 1$Nickle strip 0.15mm x 10 Meters can be fount on AliExpress for about €3.50. The TP4056 costs ~ 30 cents...Push the nickle strip through the slits, wrap and solder on bottom join (one for + and -)...Solder wire to + and - terminals of the PCB and connect to corresponding nickle strip...Print time ~ 20 minutes for the main housing, no supports required...A version for the USB-C TP4056 is included, the board costs ~ 80 cents...The low cost 30¢ version of the TP4056 is ideal for charging only, it does not provide over-discharge protection, use the USB-C type board if you require this. Note it also takes longer to print and depends your settings...As I have a lot of old but good batteries from various equipment, I included a charger using Pogo pins to recharge them... spacing ~ 2.25mm (added stl)...Added CR2032_USBC_with_LCD_V3.stl for USB-C TP4056 board with 3 7 segment display...
