TP4056 based charger for 14500 LiIon cells

For my flashlights 14500 battery I needed a charger fitting the protected version of a TP4056 because those I had laying around.

So i grabbed the AA charger holder from enif and designed a holder for the charger board in Fusion360, combined the to STLs in Windows 3d Builder and off to print.

Problems in this WIP-Version: The holder is a tad to loose with 14500 cells, so I will need to configure a custom one from the adjustable source.

Also, the little springy tabs to latch onto the charger board are way to small and the part extending over the PCB failed to print at all. It's a tight enough friction fit for me, but I consider that unreliable.

So if there is enough interest or I need more of these, I'll fix them and upload V2.

Print instructions

Category: Electronics Print Settings

Printer Brand: TEVO

Printer: Tarantula

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.15mm

Infill: 25%

Filament: DasFilament PETG clear/natural
