Rack mount "ears" to install a TP-Link TL-SG116 16-port gigabit switch in a standard 19" rack. This switch is just over 25mm tall and about 288mm wide, and I built a little lateral forgiveness into the mounting holes, so this should work with similar-sized switches. It's not terribly strong, but works great if you've got another component to rest it on.
