The original TL-ER605 Rack Mount was a perfect fit for the ER605 Load Sharing Router, but is designed for mounting into a 1u rack. My requirement was for a stand-alone enclosure, so... 1. Added solid walls to the top and bottom surfaces of the enclosure. 2. Designed a backend attachment, to close the back of the enclosure, but also leaving sufficient gap for the power connector, as well as a hole on the side to snake the power cable in through.
