<h3>Description</h3><p>This is a 1U rackmount adapter that allows you to rack-mount a TP-Link OC200 Omada Cloud Controller side-by-side with a TP-Link TL-SG1005P 5-port PoE switch.&nbsp;</p><h3>Parts Required</h3><p>This adapter is split into two pieces so that it fits on a standard print bed. To join the two halves together, you will need:</p><ul><li>2x M4 hex nuts</li><li>2x M4-12 cap head screws</li></ul><h3>Print Instructions</h3><p>The assembly in the pictures was printed at the following settings:</p><ul><li>Printer: Prusa i3 MK3S</li><li>Print Settings<ul><li>0.2mm layer height</li><li>3 shells sides</li><li>5 shells top and bottom</li><li>15% infill</li></ul></li><li>Filament: PolyTerra Charcoal Black PLA</li><li>Supports: none</li><li>Brim: none</li></ul><h3>Assembly Instructions</h3><ol><li>Print both halves of the assembly with the faceplates pointing down into your print bed. Use a satin-finish print bed if you're trying to match the powdercoat of your rack.</li><li>Print 2 backstops - they are keyed to fit into the rear of each shelf. Secure them with glue if you want, however friction keeps mine in-place just fine.</li><li>Use two M4-12 bolts and nuts to join both halves of the assembly together.</li><li>Mount empty assembly in your rack.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>NOTE:</strong> the Omada Controller and PoE switch slide in from the front but <i>ARE NOT MECHANICALLY SECURED</i> into the assembly. Add some double-sided tape on each shelf if you want to secure them in-place.</li><li>Enjoy your sweet rack-mounted network appliances!</li></ol><h3>Updates</h3><ul><li>2022-07-15: By request, added blank left &amp; right panels in case you only need 1 network appliance instead of 2.</li></ul>
