Toys for boys. Old boys use computers, small boys need other toys. I found pictures of Xbow shaped supply vessels (picture attached) and tried to create it, using 3D primitives and hull command - sorry, nothing more sophisticated for now. And here is the result - for me looks like kind of inverted bow. Searching for bunker barge I found innovative LNG barge towed by tug, so I created simple floats and hexagonal tanks. Floats can be composed into units. They are quite long (400), so should be cutted before printing.Print with minimum infill. Same with tanks, which will be better for printing. Engine room on aft fits for 3 & 4 floats. Tug - I make it quite big (2*240), thinking about supply vessel with plain deck. In this version it is possible to make superstructure with some furniture (doll house for boys). This size is OK for 4 barge units. Scaled 50% - of course no furniture - is OK for 3 units. Outfitting - most from my other designs: davit from pusher with thruster, drums from float crane, rescue boat, liferafts, bollards, Panama chocks etc from others. New thing is tow hook releasing - simple enough for playing with small boys. Hook must be corrected by hand- now it is half cylinder. Attached *.stl are by mistake for big one, sorry.
