This is a seal tool designed specifically for pressing in a transfer case seal on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The seal in question is similar to a rear main oil seal but is used where the drive shaft is inserted into the transmission. This tool should work effectively with any second-generation Tacoma model. I printed it with a moderate level of infill, which turned out to be sufficient for its intended purpose. A small hole was drilled at one end, assuming that there would be a bolt available to press the seal in place; however, this proved not to be the case, and instead, a hammer is used to tap it into position. The seal I utilized was Nationa Oil Seals #710689. Upon reflection, if I were to redo the project, I would likely extend its length by approximately 30mm along the z-axis, as this can easily be adjusted during the printing process.
