Toyota Tacoma/Taco V2
thingiverse
I printed an RC chassis-sized Taco that was wider and taller than usual, but it didn't quite fit my style, so I created this one instead. This version of the Taco is designed to match a real Tacoma when viewed from the side, but with a wider stance to accommodate the RC chassis. I'm really happy with how it turned out - it has a 313mm wheelbase, just like the Axial SCX10, and measures 190mm wide at the bottom of the doors, making it identical to the Proline Chevy C10 body. To make printing easier, I've also added minimal support and cut up the design with windows in place. Now, all that's left is to remove them or paint them gloss black - a small touch that will really make this Taco stand out. A lot of people have asked about the Axial Wraith, so let me do some math for you: if you print each piece at 1.13 or 113% scale, it'll end up with a wheelbase of 353 and a width at the wheel flares of 250mm - perfect for an RC chassis. Don't forget to like, comment, follow, and post makes - that's what keeps me going!
