This iPhone 5 dock fits a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, replacing the passenger airbag switch and utilizing the Apple Lightning connector. Designed for an iPhone 5 with a slim case (similar to Elago S5), there's also an iPhone 4/4S version available. After printing, insert the cable's lightning end through the bottom hole, then maneuver it into the center pocket. Push your phone to help guide the connector down snugly. To install, remove the radio bezel and airbag switch, mounting the dock with two short screws in place of the switch. Note that the plastic may split, but it'll still hold the dock securely. Finally, route the USB cable to your in-dash stereo for reassembly. If desired, adjust the design to change the cable placement at the bottom.
